John Fullmer, MD - A retired family physician, Dr. Fullmer is a founder of PIPAC and RIPAC and serves as CEO of both.  He is the direct supervisor for the RIPAC staff and also represents the RIPAC staff at Board and committee meetings of PIPAC and RIPAC.  He coordinates the interaction among and between the decision makers and the foot-soldiers who facilitate those decisions.

He is involved in some fashion with all parts of the process -  from the preliminary research and information gathering to the weighing, debating  & selection of the course of action to the actual implementation and  carrying-out of those decisions.   He can be contacted by e-mail at: johnfullmer@mountain.net

Kimberly Rogers, R.N., B.S. - Kim brings to PIPAC 12 years of managed care experience, a multitude of very long standing relationships throughout the healthcare industry, as well as her experience as a Registered Nurse, and the knowledge she has gained through the Executive MBA program at WVU.

She manages the day-to-day operations of both PIPAC and RIPAC under the direction of the CEO and the Board of Directors.  She facilitates and implements contractual agreements with Insurance Payors, HMO's, employers and other related group purchasing entities, and she develops and implements credentialing policies while maintaining their compliance with NCQA guidelines.

Kim coordinates and facilitates staff and member growth activities, educational meetings, Board and Committee meetings, and Annual Membership meetings.  Additionally, she is responsible for the development and implementation of the company's business plan.  Kim welcomes your feedback and can be contacted at: kimberlyrogers@pipac.us.

Anita Gaston - As Provider Service Rep and Publication Manager, Anita is a liaison between members and payors on reimbursement and coding issues.  Anita maintains current fee schedules for all PIPAC payors.  She also assists in marketing RIPAC services and publishes the PIPAC/RIPAC newsletter and website.

Anita works with Credentialing Manager Carol Polosky on researching new group purchasing opportunities and coordinating existing group purchasing arrangements.  Anita facilitates member and board meetings and assists the CEO and Executive Director with all functions related to the contracted responsibilities of the RIPAC MSO.    Anita can be contacted via e-mail at:   anitagaston@mountain.net

Carol Polosky - Our credentialing manager, Carol, is the senior employee of RIPAC and also serves as the office manager.  She oversees, tracks, and coordinates the many aspects of credentialing.  Maintaining the member's confidential files and preparing them for review by the credentialing committee includes a myriad of responsibilities.   She keeps the files current throughout the credentialing cycle, a monumental task in and of itself due to the infinite number of items in them that have expiration dates (licenses, certificates, insurance policies, etc.).

Aside from prompting and reminding members on these issues, Carol initiates the re-credentialing process when this comes around.  In addition to getting updated information and applications from members, she verifies and  prepares the files for the credentialing committee to review.

Her longevity with the company makes her invaluable as a historian in all areas of RIPAC's activity.  She is also the liaison with our accountants and manages the financial affairs within the office.  Consequently, among other things, she handles the billing and collection of member assessments.   She is the primary person who updates and maintains the various databases of information that are used by the staff.  She can be contacted by e-mail at: carolpolosky@mountain.net
