A checklist is provided so that you may compare PIPAC with any
other network.
- Contracts & Reimbursements

PIPAC provides a voice for individual PIPAC member contracting with payors, vendors, and others. For that
matter, PIPAC membership has considerable
influence on events independent of any contractual relationship.
The quality and integrity of our members, because of our strict NCQA
and URAC credentialing requirements, is a tremendous asset in
Payor contracting. Refer to the separate section entitled "Group
Purchasing" which addresses vendor negotiations.
- Credentialing

Credentialing is greatly simplified through our contracts with
various payors. The burden to members' staff is greatly reduced. The process is centralized so that our
credentialing is sufficient for all of our contracted payors. You
deal with us, we deal with everyone else. One site visit / medical
records review by a PIPAC surveyor instead of individual visits by each
of our participating payors.
