Our Mission

Preferred Integrated Provider Access Corporation (PIPAC), founded in 1995 as a non-profit Independent Practice Association, is dedicated to provide coordinated and comprehensive health care services to West Virginia communities in a high quality, cost effective, and caring manner by utilizing the services provided to us by RIPAC.  

Regional Integrated Provider Access Corporation (RIPAC), founded in 1997 as a Management Service Organization to PIPAC, is dedicated to making healthcare provider’s offices operate smoothly and efficiently.  This is accomplished primarily through professionally supported one-on-one relationships with office staff, advocacy for the healthcare provider, streamlined paperwork, evaluation tools, issue resolution, and training and education by providing knowledgeable, competent, understanding, and helpful staff to meet the needs of healthcare providers in West Virginia.
